WANTED - International Air Specialist

MIR is seeking an experienced and creative individual with strong attention to detail and excellent customer service skills to manage international air sales and reservations

Position Overview

This position requires initiative, organization and professionalism while interacting with MIR clients as well as MIR tour specialists. The International Air Specialist is responsible for booking and managing reservations; preparing itinerary/estimates and making sales; handling client special service requests; managing bulk fare contracts; managing air vendor relationships; negotiating, blocking and managing group space; pre-ticketing quality control; coordinating refunds/exchanges and troubleshooting. (No ARC reporting involved)

Qualifications

A minimum of three years experience (preferably SABRE) with international reservation and group space bookings as well as knowledge of bulk fare contracts and familiarity with MIR’s destinations/routes. Salaried position with full benefits. Full-time Mon-Fri standard office hours.
